CNC Routing

Our CNC Routing service consists of six multi-head CNC routers with tool-changing capabilities that produce close tolerances and high-quality, repeatable plastic component parts quickly and cost-effectively. We can handle parts as large as 80” x 120” and 72” x 216”, making us suitable for both prototypes and short-run projects.

Fabrication

Since 1945, E & T Plastics has offered top-quality custom plastic fabrication services. Our automated, water-cooled equipment enables high-volume production of parts up to 75” x 125” in heavy gauges up to 1.25” thick. We specialize in heat bending and offer free blown domes and hemispheres for various architectural and lighting designs.

Polishing

Add a finishing touch to your parts with our polishing services. We offer several techniques to meet your needs:

• Diamond Edge Polish: This fast and inexpensive machine polish leaves a high luster on any straight edge, making it the most popular choice for achieving a brilliant finish.
• Flame Polish: Crafted by our highly skilled craftsmen, this technique involves carefully drawing a torch over the edge of the material. It leaves a beautiful lustrous polish with slightly softened edges. Pre-sanding the edge before flaming ensures a perfect clear edge polish.
• Buff Polish: Our highest quality polish, buff polishing is truly a work of art performed by our trained craftsmen. It delivers a perfectly polished edge, ideal if you are looking for a premium finish.
• Laser Polish: Using our state-of-the-art laser machinery and laser cutting services, we achieve a lustrous polished edge as a natural byproduct of the laser cutting process. This technique is suitable for intricate patterns and shapes.

Laser Cutting Service

E & T Plastics is a leader in laser cutting technology with our laser cutting service for over 20 years. Our CO2 lasers can cut heavy gauge acrylic up to 1” thick with cutting power up to 2000 Watts. We achieve high-luster edges even on intricate designs, including internal cutouts and holes. Our machines can cut panels up to 48” x 96” with our 4-headed laser equipment, making them ideal for large production quantities.
