We have six, multi-head CNC routers with tool-changing capabilities all producing close tolerances and high-quality repeatable plastic component parts quickly and cost-effectively. Multiple heads allow E & T to machine up to 4 of your parts simultaneously and tool changers make swapping out router bits on the fly effortless. What this means to you is incredible factory throughput that provides amazing quality the first time and every time. E & T is also your best choice for prototypes and short-run projects. We work closely with artists and designers on their specialty projects too! The history of E & T Plastics is unique in the Industry, in that we started out in 1945 as a Fabricator of Plastics and later became one of America’s largest and most well-respected distributors. E & T continues to offer the finest quality plastic fabrication to this day. E & T has one of the largest walk-in convection ovens in the Industry, capable of forming sheets up to 75” x 125” in heavy gages up to 1.25” thick. We offer free blown domes and Hemispheres for Bus Shelters, Skylights, Lighting Products, and many different Architectural designs.

We have multiple head drill presses for accurate precision drilling. Our equipment can drill up to 8 holes simultaneously which saves time and money on large production jobs. Another value-added service offered by E & T Plastics is polishing. We can add the finishing touch to your parts with the beauty of a highly polished Edge. Several different techniques that we offer including Diamond Edge polishing, Flame Polishing, Buff Polishing, and laser polishing.

1. Diamond Edge Polish: This is a basic automatic machine polish that can be applied to any straight edge. Machine polishing is fast and inexpensive and leaves a high luster. It is the most popular, fastest, and competitively priced alternative we supply.
2. Flame Polish: This process is performed by our highly skilled craftsmen with a torch that is carefully drawn over the edge of the material and will leave a beautiful lustrous polish and slightly softened edges. Pre-sanding the edge before flaming will leave a perfect clear edge polish.
3. Buff Polishing: This process is by far our highest quality polish. Buff polishing is truly a work of art and is performed by our trained craftsmen to deliver a perfectly polished edge. If you are looking for a true “gem” this is the choice.
